| Dr. Day and Staff, I would like to take a minute of your time to share with you my thoughts and feelings on this journey I have taken with you. The procedure I underwent was something I have considered for about four to five years. When I first came to your office, I had done my best to educate myself on the realities of the procedure. Then, Dr. Day put everything clearly into perspective for me. Unfortunately, I had some outside forces that caused me to prolong the surgery and you and your staff understood.
